Coorespondence -none
Circulation - Traffic for February 97 was 1,819 the same as February 1996.
Circulation was 4,117 up 10% from February 96.
Unfinished Business -A motion was passed to proceed with the Internet
connectivity project. A motion was passed to proceed with the Circulation
multiuse system offered by Athena as funds become available. A motion was
passed to approve the guidelines and rules for use of the VCR and TV that
the library trust purchased for the library. Bernice Mason will be presenting a
program on 'Faux' painting techniques on March 20 at 7 p.m. The Laurel
Federated Women's Club will be conducting an Egg Hunt on March 26 after
Story Time.
New Business- National Library Week will be April 13-19 and the Laurel Federated
Women's Club will be presenting a play during story time and will host an open
house from 2 -7 p.m. on Wednesday April 16. A book sale was also discussed.
