Attending -Donna Kilpatrick(presiding), Katherine Kucera, Marilyn Minch,
Shirley Cahill, and Peggy Arnold
Minutes -read and approved
Coorespondence -Peggy received a form to fill out for technology pianning
from the State Library called 'technology on the light side'. U. S. West will
be here this month to install the 56K line. We received the mini -grant from
the Federation.
Circulation Report- Traffic for June of 97 was 1,592 the same as June 96.
Circulation for June 97 was 3,553 down .6% from June 96.
Unfinished Business - Katherine and Peggy attended the Federation
Advisory meeting on June 14. The long range plan for the State Library was
discussed.
New Business -The following officers were elected President - Shirley Cahill,
Vice President - Marilyn Minch, and Federation Advisory Board Member-
Katherine Kucera.
Next Meeting- August 12, 1997 at 7 p.m.
