ADOPTING THE NEW ZONING MAP AS
RECOMMENDED BY THE PLANNING BOARD.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel that
the Laurel Zoning Map is hereby adopted as reco~ended by the
Planning Board;
WHEREAS, the aforesaid map is within the jurisdiction of
the Laurel-Yellowstone City-County Planning Board and is in the
best interests of the City of Laurel; and,
WHEREAS, public notice and public hearings have been held,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the City of Laurel
does hereby adopt the Laurel Zoning Map as reco~ended by the
Planning Board.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on
February 17, 1987, by Alde~an Meyers
PASSED by the Laurel City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor
this 3rd day of March, 1987.
This ordinance shall become effective 30 days after final
passage by the Laurel City Council.
