Minutes for the meeting held on Aug.20, 1997
Attending - Shirley Cahill(presiding), Sue Carter, Katherine Kucera, and
Peggy Arnold
Minutes -the minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved
Coorespondence -We received notification from the Montana State Library
that our Technology Plan has been approved.
Circulation- Traffic for July 1997 was 1,774 up 6% from July of 1996.
Circulation for July 1997 was 4,012 down 2% from July 1996.
Unfinished Business -We will have a used book sale and book signing on
Oct. 4, 6, and 7. Internet access is in the process of being established and
Peggy Arnold is working on a draft of acceptable use policy.
New Business -Peggy will attend a collection development workshop on
Aug. 21. The next Federation Advisory Board Meeting is Sept. 28 at noon.
Next meeting-Sept. 3 at 7 p.m.
