Minutes for September 2, 1997
Attending - Marilyn Minch(presiding), Donna Kilpatrick, Katherine Kucera,
Sue Carter, and Peggy Arnold
Minutes -read and approved
Coorespondence -There will be a school/public library retreat held in Hardin
September 12 -13. There is a P.A.L.S. meeting Sept. 18 and Federation
Advisory Board meeting and workshop September 27 in Billings.
Circulation- Traffic for August 97 was 1,601 down 6% from August 96,
circulation was 3,272 down 4% from August 96.
Unfinished Business -The used book sale and book signing will be held
Oct. 4,6& 7. We will advertise In the Outlook on Flbervislon, the reader
boards, and Sue will take posters around to post. The Internet is hooked
up.
New Business - Internet policy was approved and a sign up sheet will be
worked on for the next meeting.
Next meeting -Oct. 1 at 7 p.m.
