Board of Trustees March 4, 1998
Attending- Shirley Cahiii(pr esiuing), Donna Kilpatrick, Katherine fiucera, and Peggy Arnold
Minutes -read and approved
Coorespondence -The M.L.A. conference information has been received. Magi Marne,
state technology consultant, would like to meet the board sometime. Peggy has submitted
Prate discount 470 forms for existing services and new services and will he required to file
several 471 forms after the 28 day posting period and after she receives contracts and
proposals trom vendors .

Cookies will be available for patrons coming in for tax forms on April 13,14,& 15. National
Library Week (April 19-25) activities will include a play by the Laurel Women's Club,
acknowledging Foxy for doing story time, and giving away bookmarks or other freebies.
A book fair will be planned for the summer.
New Business -The Laurel Women's Club will have an Egg Hunt on April 8.
