ORDINANCE NO. 902
DESIGNATING R6000 ZONE AND CHANGING
THE LAUREL ZONING MAP.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel that
the Laurel Zoning Map is changed in part as follows:
Lots 1--3, Block 14, and Lots 5--13, Block 13,
Cherry Hills Subdivision, 2nd filing located
on the south side of Maryland Lane and adjacent
to 13th Avenue, Laurel, MT.; and,
WHEREAS, the aforesaid described property is within the
jurisdiction of the Laurel-Yellowstone City-County Planning
Board and is in the best interests of the City of Laurel;
and,
WHEREAS, public notice and public hearings have been
held,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the City of Laurel
does designate the zone of R6000 on Lots 1--3, Block 14,
and Lots 5--13, Block 13, Cherry Hills Subdivision, 2nd
filing, located on the south side of Maryland Lane and
adjacent to 13th Avenue, Laurel, MT.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on
September 23, 1986, by Alderman Meyers.
PASSED by the Laurel City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor this day of , 1986.
This ordinance shall become effective 30 days after
final passage by the Laurel City Council.
