Board of Trustees Jan. 14, 1998
Attending- Shirley Cahill (presiding), Katherine Kucera, Marilyn Minch, Sue
Carter, and Peggy Arnold
Minutes -read and approved
Cooresponcience -We received the E -rate discount appiications, a survey
from the Montana State Library concerning Electronic Database Licensing,
a survey from WLN, and reimbursement of L.S.C.S. funds for the Internet
access project. Peggy submitted the yearly grant report to the Montana
State Library.
Circuiaiion- Traffic for Dec. 97 was i,43u up 14% from Dec. yo. Circulation
for Dec. 97 was 3,139 up 9% from Dec. 96.
Old Business -none
New Business -We will need to work on the library budget for F.Y. 98 -99 in
the near future.
