Board of Trustees June 10, 1 998
Attending - Shirley Cahill(presiding), Marlyn Minch,
Katherine Kucera, Sue Carter, and Peggy Arnold
Minutes -read and approved
Circulation- Traffic for May 98 was 1 ,256 down 1 7% from
May 97 and circulation for May 98 was 2,600 down 9% from
May 97.
Old Business - Reports were given on the server, summer
reading, book sale, window replacement, and the e-rate
application.
'''•• New Business -A report was given on the budget requests
for fiscal year 98 -99. The board presented a plaque to Sue
Carter for her service on the board and their will be a no
host dinner after the meeting on her behalf. The board will
make a recommendation to Mayor Rodgers to appoint
Peggy Freund to the board..
Next meeting -July 8 at 7:00 p.m.
