Kilpatrick, Peggy Freund, and Peggy Arnold
Minutes -read and approved
Coorespondence -We received the application forms for erate
discounts for 1999 -2000. Infomine sent us the contract for
Jan. 1, 1999 through June 30, 1999. We received notice of
several training opportunities in Feb. and March.
Circulation- Traffic for Nov. 98 was 1,341 up 4% from Nov. 97
and circulation for Nov. 98 was 3,033 up 2% from Nov. 97.
Old Business -The Holiday program that Bernice Mason
presented was well attended. Recon and building our database
for Athena is continuing. No word on funding committments
from erate discounts for the 1998 cycle.
New Business -Peggy is getting ready to post the form 470 for
erate discounts on the internet. Peggy will attend the
classes at RMC for Networking on Jan. 11,13, and 16. There
will be meetings and training at 'Offline 99' in Bozeman
Feb. 26 that Peggy will attend if enough people sign up.
