Board of Trustees April 12, 1999
Attending - Shirley Cahill(presiding), Peggy Freund, Katherine Kucera, Marilyn
Minch, and Peggy Arnold
Minutes -read and approved for the March 8 meeting
Coorespondence -We received a notice from the SLD that we should start getting
discount checks soon.
Circulation - Traffic for March 99 was 1,864, up 3% from March 98. Circulation for
March 99 was 3,696 down 4% from March 98.
Old Business -The Genealogy Guild will hold another meeting soon. Peggy will
not attend the MPLA/MLA conference in June. Recon is going well.
New Business -The library will be getting a couple of new computers with donation
money and money from the Library Trust. The preliminary budget hearing will be
on March 11 at 7pm.
Next meeting -May 10 at 7pm.
