Attending - Marilyn Minch(Presiding), Katherine Kucera, Peggy Freund, and Peggy
Arnold
Minutes -The June 99 minutes were read,corrected, and approved.
Correspondence -We received our first I.L.L. request and we received our Federation
grant money.
Circulation- Traffic for June 99 was 1,854 down 6% from June 98. Circulation for June
99 was 4,107 down 5% from June 98.
Old Business -Gail Brice has been appointed to the library board for a five year term.
The bike rack is being welded, recon continues, and the 'All Star' Summer reading
program is under way.
New Business -The budget is not final yet. Election of officers was held with Marilyn
Minch elected President, Peg Freund elected Vice President, and Katherine Kucera
elected Federation Advisory representative.
Next meeting -Aug. 16,1999 at 7 p.m.
