Board of Trustees Aug. 16, 1999
Attending - Marilyn Minch(presiding), Peg Freund, Katherine Kucera, Gail Brice
Minutes -read and approved
Cofrespondence -The budget committee asked the department heads to make any cuts
that they can to their preliminary budget request.
Circulation - Traffic for July 99 was 1526 down 12% from July 98. Circulation was 3,549
for July 99 up 3/10 % from July 98.
Old Business -The bike rack is still being constructed and the summer reading program
was a success with 72 participants. The recon and barcoding project is going well.
New Business -Peggy will make some adjustments to the budget requests for the finance
committee.
