Board of Trustees May 8, 2000
Attending - Marilyn Minch(presiding), Kay Kucera, Gail Brice, Peggy Freund, and
Peggy Arnold
Minutes - minutes from the previous meeting were read and approved
Correspondence and Announcements -The next meeting will be Donna's last
meeting, the Genealogy Guild is meeting Thursday at 6:00, and summer hours
begin May 30, 2000. We have received many memorials in honor of Adele Zink
and we may try to find a picture to put up in the children's room in memory of
Adele.
Circulation - Traffic for April 2000 was 1,528 the same percentage as April 99.
Circulation for April 2000 was 2,854 down 12% from April 99.
Old Business -No new budget hearings have been scheduled.
New Business -We will recognize Donna at the next meeting for her service on
the board.
