Board of Trustees January 8, 2001
Attending - Marilyn Minch(presiding), Katherine Kucera, Bonnie Latham, Peggy Freund,
Gail Brice, and Peggy Arnold
Minutes -The minutes of the November 13 meeting were read and approved.
Correspondence - Several bills are before the legislature concerning libraries. Peggy will
try to let the board members know when to contact our representatives.
Circulation- November 2000 traffic was 1,393- down 10% from November 1999.
November 2000 circulation was 3,103- up 7% from November 1999. December 2000
traffic was 1,251 -up 2% from December 1999. December 2000 circulation was 2,713 -up
3% from December 2001.
Old Business-Computer classes will be scheduled in February. The summer reading
theme is a `road trip'.
New Business- A motion was passed to adopt the Collection Management Policy.
