Board of Trustees February 12, 2001
Attending -Peg Freund(presiding), Katherine Kucera, Bonnie Latham, Gail Brice, and
Peggy Arnold
Minutes -The minutes from the January 8, 2001 meeting were read and approved.
Correspondence -The collection management policy has been approved by the Montana
State Library.
Circulation - Traffic for January 2001 was 1,669 up 7% from January 2000. Circulation for
January 2001 was 3,603 up 18% from January 2000.
Old Business -We discussed the legislative session and computer classes.
New Business -Peggy will be revising our technology plan, book selection policy, and our
form for the reconsideration of a book in the next months.
