BOARD OF TRUSTEES October 9, 2001

Minutes -read and approved
Correspondence -Our Internet service provider has changed from Infomine
of the Rockies to One West.net.
Circulation- Traffic for September 2001 was 1,173 down 9% from
September 2000. Circulation for September 2001 was 2,611 up 3% from
September 2000.
Old Business - Katherine Kucera reported on the September 29 Federation
Advisory Board meeting. We have several volunteers interested in reading
for story time.
New Business -Peggy will attend a two day workshop on Web based ILL on
Oct. 31 and Nov. 1. The Annual Report for 2000 -2001 was presented and
reviewed. We will ask Bernice Mason to have a holiday program and we
may have a book sale in January.
