BOARD OF TRUSTEES FEB. 11, 2002
Attending -Peggy Freund(presiding), Bonnie Latham, Katherine Kucera, and Peggy
Arnold
Minutes -read and approved
Correspondence -We received information about the MLA conference in Great Falls in
April. The Laurel Schools will be giving books away monthly during story time as part of
a community outreach project.
Circulation - Traffic for January 2002 was 1,449 down 3% from January 2001, and
circulation was 3,389 down 6% from January 2001.
Old Business -We will hold a book sale on February 27 and 28 from 4 to 7 p.m. Our
Internet Service Provider changed on February 7 from Infomine of the Rockies to
Internet Connect Services.
New Business -Peggy attends department head meetings every Tuesday at 3 p.m.
Next meeting -March 11 at 7 p.m.
