BOARD OF TRUSTEES January 14, 2002
Attending - Marilyn Minch(presiding), Katherine Kucera, Peg Freund, Bonnie Latham,
Gail Brice, and Peggy Arnold
Minutes -read and approved
Correspondence -We received information on the Capital Improvements Plan for the
City of Laurel, new internet service provider, and the Montana State Library statisticv t
report. The Federation Grant request form is due March 31 and we received the
summer reading program manual.
Circulation- Traffic for November 2001 was 1,379 down 1% from November 2000,
circulation for November 2001 was 2,616 down 16% from November 2000. Traffic fos
December 2001 was 1,200 down 4% from December 2000, circulation for December
2001 was 2,767 up 2% from December 2000.
Old Business -We will have a used book sale on February 27 and 28, and set up will be ( i
February 26. The holiday program was well attended.
New Business -We finished going through the trustees' manual and discussed
foundations and planning.
Next Meeting- Feb. 11 at 7:00 p.m.
