BOARD OF TRUSTEES May 13, 2002
Attending - Marilyn Minch(presiding), Peggy Freund, Katherine Kucera, Bonnie
Latham, and Peggy Arnold
Minutes- read, corrected, and approved
Correspondence- We received a request from the Montana State Library to verify
that we are in compliance with library standards. Robertus Lawn service
presented us with this years service contract. Peggy Arnold will be going on a bus
tour of Wyoming library districts May 17 -18 and she will be attending the Gates
Foundation Summer Institute in Bozeman June 11 -14.
Circulation- April 2002 traffic was 1,589 down 1% from April 2001, circulation
for April 2002 was 2986 down 1% from April 2001.
Old Business- The Laurel Woman's Club Bear Day was a success, Bonnie and
Peggy reported on the MLA conference, and the summer reading program will
start June 3.
New business -none

Contractor agrees to do the following work for the owner;

Owner agrees to pay the contractor for the work as follows;
In entering this agreement, Contractor represents and agrees as follows;
1. Contractor is in the trade or business of doing the type of work agreed to herein;
2. Contractor has the tools and equipment needed for this work;
3. Contractor has Workers' Compensation Coverage, or has sought and been granted an exemption from
coverage;
4. Contractor agrees to indemnify and hold Owner harmless from any liability that may arise from the work
agreed to herein;
5. Contractor has liability insurance or will obtain liability insurance prior to commencing the work agreed
to herein.
Above terms and conditions, as agreed by both parties, is considered binding unless otherwise notified 14 days
in advance by writing.
