BOARD OF TRUSTEES APRIL 8, 2002
Attending - Marilyn Minch (presiding), Bonnie Latham, Gail Brice, Kay Kucera,
and Peggy Arnold
Correspondence- We received some information from Bill Rossiter about
presenting a program sponsored by the Montana Committee for the Humanities
in September. Librarians, board members, and local government officials are
invited on a bus tour of library districts in Wyoming May 17 and 18th.
Circulation- Traffic for March 2002 was 1,590 up 1% from March 2001.
Circulation for March 2002 was 3,624 up 6% from March 2001.
Old Business- The book sale went very well and Bonnie and Peggy will be going to
the Montana Library Association Conference April 25 -27.
New Business- Peggy presented a pamphlet on the Earning for Learning from
World Book. Dean Askim will present a program on the Iditarod on April 16. A
motion was passed to have Bill Rossiter present a program in September.
Next meeting -May 13 at 7 p.m.
