SENDING SECTION 17.76.010 (N) OF THE LAUREL
MUNiCiPAL CODE PROVIDING FOR CASE iN L1EU OF
REQUIRED PARK1NG SPACES.
BE iT ORDAINED by the Council of the City o~ Laurel, that
Section 17.76.010 (N), is hereby amended to lead as ~ollows:
Section 17.76.010 (N) Cash in lieu of lequire~ parking
spaces: 1~ property, subject to the provisions o~ this section,
cannot include space ~or the required parking as herein
specified o~ if such oil-street parking is, in the opinion
ot the governing body undesirable, the City may accept a
cash payment. Such payment shall be based on One-Thousand
and NO/100 Dollars ($1,000.00) per parking space ~equired
and shall be paid. to the Laurel PaIking Fund at the time o~
Building Permit application.
This o~dinance effective 30 days aiter final passage.
