AMENDING SECTION 17.20.225, DEFINITION OF
FENCE, OF THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel, Montana,
that Section 17.20.225 is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 17.20.225 FENCE DEFINITION A barrier of posts
connected by boards, rails, panels, or wire constructed for
purposes of enclosing space for separating parcels of land or
for landscaping and including masonry walls, ornamental struc-
tures, privacy screens, and shrubs.
This ordinance shall become effective 30 days after final
passage by the Laurel City Council.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on
August 5, 1986, by Alderman ~_
PASSED by the Laurel City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor this 19th day of August,
