Subject: Montana Department of Transportation Design Coordination Meeting
This is an invitation to attend our District Design Coordination Meeting on Wednesday,
September 28, 2011. Please invite others that you feel should be present.
This meeting will be held in the Billings Montana Department of Transportation (MDT)
conference room, 424 Morey Street beginning at 9:30 a.m. and concluding at 11.30 a.m..
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
> A review of all preconstruction projects currently being prepared by MDT or their
consultants, in the City of Billings, in the City of Laurel, in Yellowstone County
and on the Crow Indian Reservation.
> At this time, each agency may have a brief discussion about their projects that
may have impacts or interests to other agencies.
