REPEALING SECTION 17.08.230 OF THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL
CODE, DEFINITION OF CHILD CARE CENTER.
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Laurel, Montana, that Section 17.08.230 of
Code is hereby repealed.
This Ordinance shall become effective
the Laurel Municipal
thirty (30) days
after final passage by the City Council and approval by the
Mayor.
Introduced on first reading at a regular meeting of the City
Council on November 6 , by Alderman 0rr
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council on second
reading this 19th dav of November , 1991, upon motion by
Alderman Collins
APPROVED by the Mayor this 20th day of N09ember , 1991.
