AMENDING SECTION 17.08.320 OF THE LAUREL
MUNICIPAL CODE; DEFINING DAY CARE CENTER.
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Laurel, Montana, that Section 17.08.320 of the Laurel Municipal
is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 17.08.320. Day Care Center. Day Care Center means
a place in which day care is provided to 13 or more children
on a regular basis.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after
final passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
Introduced on first reading at a regular meeting of the
City Council on N0vember 6 , by Alderman Marshall
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council on second
reading this 19th day of November , 1991, upon motion by
Alderman Marshall
APPROVED by the Mayor this 20th day of November ,
1991.
