ADDING SECTION 17.08.455 TO THE LAUREL
MUNICIPAL CODE, FAMILY DAY CARE HOME.
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Laurel, Montana, that Section 17.08.455 is hereby added to the
Laurel Municipal Code, as follows:
Section 17.08.455. Family Day Care Home. A Family Day
Care Home is defined as a private residence in which day
care is provided to three to six children from separate
families on a regular basis.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days
after final passage by the City Council and approval by the
Mayor.
Introduced on first reading at a regular meeting of the
City Council on November 6 , by Alderman Msrshall
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council on second
reading this 19th day of November , 1991, upon a motion
by Alderman 0rr
APPROVED by the Mayor this 20th day of November , 1991.
