August 9, 2011
A special meeting of the City Council of the City of Laurel, Montana, was held in the
Council Chambers and called to order by Mayor Ken Olson at 6:00 p.m. on August 9, 2011.
COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: Emelie Eaton Doug Poehls
Bruce McGee Mark Mace
Tom Nelson Chuck Dickerson
COUNCIL MEMBERS ABSENT: Chuck Rodgers Norm Stamper
OTHER STAFF PRESENT: Sam Painter
SCHEDULED MATTER:
• Resolution No. R11 -67: A resolution approving a Right of Entry and Temporary
Access Agreement between the City of Laurel and ExxonMobil Pipeline Company.
Motion by Council Member Poehls to approve Resolution No. R11 -67, seconded by Council
Member Mace. There was no public comment.
- Council Member Eaton stated that this matter has been discussed for at least a week. She asked if
the agreement met the city's requirements.
Mayor Olson stated that it does in this particular issue.
A vote was taken on the motion. All six council members present voted aye. Motion carried 6 -0.
ADJOURNMENT:
Motion by Council Member Eaton to adjourn the council meeting, seconded by Council
Member Poehls. There was no public comment or council discussion. A vote was taken on the
motion. All six council members present voted aye. Motion carried 6 -0.
There being no further business to come before the council at this time, the meeting was adjourned at
6:03 p.m.
