ADDING SECTION 17.08.535 TO THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL
CODE, GROUP DAY CARE HOMES.
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Laurel, MOntana, that Section 17.08.535 is hereby added to the
Laurel Municipal Code as follows:
Section 17.08.535. Group Day Care Home. A Group Day Care
Home means a private residence in which day care is provided
to 7 to 12 children on a regular basis.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after
final passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
Introduced on first reading at a regular meeting of the
City Council on November 6 ~ by Alderman Collins
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council on the second
reading this 19th day of November , 1991, upon a motion
by Alderman Marshall
APPROVED by the Mayor this 20th day of N0vembe~ , 1991.
