Dear Mr. Sheridan:
We have completed our review of the Operation and Maintenance Manual for the
above- referenced project. The manual has been determined to be in
substantial accordance witn ±u LFR 35.2206 and the requiremenu .,L �uei.ai
Guidelines for Design, Operation and Maintenance of Wastewater Treatment
Facilities. Therefore, by the authority provided in the Montana Water
Quality Act and Title VI of the Clean Water Act, the Montana Department of
Environmental Quality approves the Operation and Maintenance Manual. A copy
of the approved manual has been retained in DEQ files for future reference.
Please keep a copy of the manual and equipment warranties in a secure place
readily accessible to the operators of the facility and to state inspectors.
