ORDINANCE N0. 997
AMENDING SECTION 17.16.010 OF THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL
CODE, TO ALLOW DAY CARE FACILITIES IN ALL RESIDENTIAL
DISTRICTS BY SPECIAL REVIEW.
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Laurel, Montana, that Section 17.16.010 of the Laurel Municipal
Code be amended to allow Day Care Facilities in all residential
districts by Special Review.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after
final passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
Introduced on first reading at a regular meeting of the City
Council en November 6 , by Alderman Rodgers
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council on second.
reading this 19th day of November 199.1, upon a motion
by Alderman Kellogg
APPROVED by the Mayor this 20th day of November 1991.
