AMENDING SECTION 17.20.010 OF THE LAUREL
MUNICIPAL CODE, TO ALLOW DAY CARE FACILITIES
IN CERTAIN COMMERCIAL ZONES BY SPECIAL REVIEW
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Laurel, Montana, that Section 17.20.010 of the Laurel Municipal
Code be amended to allow Day Care Facilities in the following
listed commercial zones, by Special Review only: Agricultural,
Residential-Professional, Neighborhood Commercial, Central
Business District, and Community Commercial.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days
after final passage by the City Council and approval by the
Mayor.
