AMENDING SECTION 2.04.030 OF THE LAUREL
MUNICIPAL CODE,:.MAYOR AS PRESIDING OFFICER.
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Laurel, Montana, that Section 2.04.030 of the Laurel Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 2.04.030. Mayor as presiding officer. The
Mayor is the presiding officer of the Council, must
sign the journals thereof and decide by his vote
all ties, and has no other vote.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after
final passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
Introduced on first reading at a regular meeting of the
City Council on December 3 , 1991, by AldermanKilpatrick
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council on second
reading this 17th day of December , 1991, upon a motion
by Alderman 0rr
APPROVED by the Mayor this 18th day of December ,
1991.
