Meeting called to order at 1900 by Chairman John Smith.
Members present were Bill Brennan,Bob Western,Don Schlegelmilch,and newly
appointed member Al (sp)

Guests present were Ken Peterson,Chad Potter,Randy Pfeifle,Will Metz,and
R.M.C.intren Ken Taro.
Minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read.
Bills were presented and approved.
Pfiefle requested response from our attorney on his demand for $128,000.00+ from the
Authority.Peterson saw no justification and recommends that the Authority to take no
action at this time
Metz requested permissin to operate crop duster at our facility and wanted to know
where to set up.It was recommended that he set up south of S.O.M.E.fuel tank.Moved by
Brennan,seconded by Schlegelmilch to allow operation,passed.
Peterson presented his recommended response to Metz Human Rights complaint.Moved
by Western,second by Brennan to accept Peterson's recommendation.Motion passed.
Schlegelmilch moved to transfer his lease on old Big Sky building to Sindilar,second by
Western.Passed.
Veterans Cemetery has requested that aircraft try not to disrupt services at the cemetery
on Memorial Day. We will pass the word but cannot be binding.
Civil Air Patrol has requested permission to put signs on their hangar and the
fence.Permission granted.
The F.A.A. Is now discouraging airport residential development.
Meeting adjourned at 1950.
