AMENDING SECTION 6.08.020 OF THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL
CODE, LICENSE FEE.
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Laurel, Montana, that Section 6.08.020 of the Laurel Municipal
Code is hereby amended to rea~ as follows:
Section 6.08.020. License fee.
A. A license fee of five dollars shall be paid for each
neutered male dog and spayed female dog and a license
fee of ten dollars shall be paid for each unspayed
female dog and unneutered male dog.
B. Whenever any dog owner fails or delays to obtain a
license prior to April /st of each year the license
fee shall be doubled.
This' Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after
final passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
Introduced on first reading at a regular meeting of the
City Council on December 3 , 1991, by Alderman Orr
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council on second
reading this 17~b day of December , 1991, upon a motion
by Alderman Orr
APPROVED by the Mayor this 18th day of December , 1991.
