AMENDING SECTION 2.84.100 OF THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL
CODE, LOT PRICES.
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Laurel, Montana, that Section 2.84.100 of the Laurel Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 2.84.100. Lot Prices. Lots in the City Cemetery
shall be sold according to the following prices:
A. <No change.>
B. <No change.>
C. <No change.>
D. <No change.>
E. <No change.>
F. A transfer fee of $25.00 shall be collected from the
seller of any lot whenever a lot is resold privately.
G. All prices and fees set forth herein may be changed by
the City Council by Resolution, from time to time, as
the Council may deem appropriate.
H. Lots shall be sold consecutively in all new sections of
the Cemetery, inclUding section B.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after
final passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
Introduced on first reading at a regular meeting of the
City Council on ~anuary 7 , 1992, by Alderman Kilpatrick
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council on second
reading this 21st day of 3anuary , 1992, upon a motion
by Alderman Collins
APPROVED by the Mayor this 22nd day of 3anuary , 1992.
