AMENDING SECTION 2.68.130 OF THE LAUREL
MUNICIPAL CODE, DISPOSITION OF FINES.
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Laurel, Montana, that Section 2.68.130 of the Laurel Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 2.68.130. Disposition of fines. All fines, costs
and forfeitures that accrue to the city from cases tried or
disposed of in the city court shall be deposited in the
general fund.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after
final passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
Introduced on first reading at a regular meeting of the
City Council on February 4 , 1992, by Alderman Collins
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council on second
reading this 18th day of February , 1992, upon a motion
by Alderman Marshall
APPROVED by the Mayor this 19th day of February , 1992.
