Re: Acknowledgement of Final Distribution from the Billie L. Riddle Trust
Dear Ms. Vogel:
On behalf of the City of Laurel, I would like to again express our most grateful
acknowledgement of the generous gift of an additional $10,103.38 from the Billie L. Riddle
Trust to be used toward the building of a new public swimming pool. The public will benefit
from Mrs. Riddle's generosity and kindness.
The task force sent out a survey recently, and received overwhelming response. The
public would like a new pool that can be used year- round. The city, school district, and
YMCA have been assisting the task force with ideas on design, funding, and other plans. I
would be happy to send you any information you request to keep you informed of the
progress of this project. Please feel free to contact me if I can be of service.

TO THE BENEFICIARIES OF THE BILLIE L. RIDDLE TRUST:
Having received official notification from the Internal Revenue Service and the Montana
Department of Revenue that both have accepted estate tax returns as filed, we paid the Montana
inheritance tax and are now in a position to distribute the cash remaining in the Billie L. Riddle
Trust. The trust's check in payment of your final distributive share is enclosed.
We will be sending you a complete trust accounting and your 2001 income tax information as
soon as all of the distribution checks have cleared the bank and we have a zero balance. We
hope to have that to you within the next 60 days.
