AMENDING SECTION 5.04.090 OF THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL
CODE, LICENSE PRORATED WHEN.
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Laurel, Montana, that Section 5.04.090 of the Laurel Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 5.04.090. License prorated when.
The full business license fee shall be charged and collected
for all licenses issued after the beginning of the license
year on July 1st, but prior to January 1st. Half of the
license fee shall be charged and collected for all licenses
issued after January 1st.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after
final passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
Introduced on first reading at a regular meeting of the
City Council on February 4, 1992, by Alderman Orr.
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council on second
reading this 18th day of February , 1992, upon a motion by
Alderman Orr
APPROVED by the Mayor this 19th day of February
