AMENDING SECTION 8.08.010 OF THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL
CODE, CITY TO OPERATE TRANSFER SITE.
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Laurel, Montana, that Section 8.08.010 of Title 8, Chapter 8,
"City Transfer Site", of the Laurel Municipal Code is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Section 8.08.010. City to operate transfer site.
The City shall operate a Transfer site for garbage and
debris. The Director of public Works shall be the
officer in charge of the Transfer site, and shall adopt such
rules and regulations as may be required in-the~ operation of
the trasnfer site. Such rules shall be posted at the
entrance of the transfer site and must be obeyed by all
persons using the transfer site.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after
final passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
Introduced on first reading at a regular meeting of the City
Council on February 4 , 1992, by Alderman Grsham
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council on second
reading this 18th day of February , 1992, upon a motion
by Alderman Graham
APPROVED by the Mayor this 19th day of February , 1992.
