ADDING SECTION 13.08.095 TO THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL
CODE, NEW SERVICE FEE.
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Laurel, Montana, that Section 13.08.095 is hereby added to the
Laurel Municipal Code as follows:
Section 13.08.095. New Service Fee. Any new hookup to the
Municipal water system shall pay a charge to the City which
will be deposited in the water replacement fund. The new
service fee will be assessed all new water services
requesting connection to the laurel water system. The actual
fee will be $500.00.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after
final passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
Introduced on first reading at a regular meeting of the
City Council on February 4 , by Alderman Kilpatrick
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council on the second
reading this 18th day of February , 1992, upon a motion by
Alderman Orr
APPROVED by the Mayor this 19th day of February , 1992.
