AMENDING SECTION 17.16.010 OF THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL
CODE, TO ALLOW GROUP DAY CARE HOMES AND FAMILY
DAY CARE HOMES IN ALL RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS.
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of
Laurel, Montana, as follows:
the City of
Group Day Care Homes, as defined in Section 17.08.535
of this code, are hereby allowed in all residential
districts. No special review shall be required for
group day care homes.
2) Family Day Care Homes as defined in Section 17.08.455 of
this code, are hereby allowed in all residential
districts. No special review shall be required for
familv day care homes.
3) Day Care ~enters as defined in Section 17.08.320 of this
Code, are allowed in all residential districts by
special review only.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days
after final passage by the City Council and approval by the
Mayor.
