AMENDING SECTION 10.48.100 OF
MUNICIPAL CODE, PAR/lING IN ALLEYS
WHEN, TO INCLUDE SECTION C.

BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Laurel, Montana, that Section 10.48.100 of the Laurel Municipal
Code be amended as follows:
Section 10.48.100. Parkina in alleys prohibited when.
No change.
No change.
Persons or organizations subject to the require-
ments of 10.48.095 of this code shall at all times
display conspicuously within or upon the vehicle a
duly issued loading permit whenever stopping,
standing or parking in alleys in the business
district while loading or unloading.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after
final passage of the city Council and approval by the Mayor.
Introduced on first reading at a regular meeting of the City
Council on April 21~ 1992 by Alderman Marshall
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council on second
reading this 5th day of May , 1992, upon a motion by
Alderman Marshall
