AMENDING SECTION 10.48.150 OF THE LAUREL
MUNICIPAL CODE, FREIGHT LOADING ZONE
RESTRICTIONS, TO INCLUDE SECTION C.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the city of Laurel,
Montana, that Section 10.48.150 of the Laurel Municipal Code is
hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 10.48.150. Freiaht loadina zone- restrictions.
No change.
No change.
Any person, business or organization using or
desiring to use a designated freight loading zone
shall obtain a special loading permit pursuant to
Section 10.48.095 of this code and shall
conspicuously display the permit within or upon any
vehicle used for such purposes, at all times.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after
final passage of the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
Introduced on first reading at a regular meeting of the City
Council on ~oril 2~, ~992 , by Alderman Graham
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council on second
reading this 5th day of Msy , 1992, upon a motion by
Alderman Graham
