AMENDING SECTION 10.48.140 OF THE LAUREL
MUNICIPAL CODE, PASSENGER LOADING ZONE-
RESTRICTIONS, TO INCLUDE SECTION C.
BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED by the city Council of the City of
Laurel, Montana that Section 10.48.140 of the Laurel Municipal Code
be amended as follows:
Section 10.48.140. Passenqer loadinq zone- restrictions.
No change.
No change.
Any person, business or organization using or
desiring to use a designated passenger loading zone
shall obtain a special loading permit pursuant to
Section 10.48.095 of this code and conspicuously
display the permit within or upon any vehicle used
for such purposes, at all times.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after
final passage of the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
Introduced on first reading at a regular meeting of the City
Council on April 21~ 1992 , by Alderman Kell0~
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council on second
reading this 5th day of May , 1992, upon a motion by
Alderman Grahsm
APPROVED by the Mayor of the City of Laurel this 6th day of
MRy , 1992.
