AMENDING SECTION 5.40.030 OF THE LAUREL
MUNICIPAL CODE, ANNUAL FEE FOR TAXICABS.
BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Laurel, Montana, that Section 5.40.030 of the Laurel Municipal Code
is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 5.40.030. Annual license fee for taxicabs.
A. The annual fee for an owner shall be fifty ($50.00)
dollars whether he drives a taxicab or not.
B. Delete.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after
final passage of the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
Introduced on first reading at a regular meeting of the City
Council on April 21~ 1992 , by Alderman Kilpatrick
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council on second
reading this 5th day of Msy , 1992, upon a motion by
Alderman Kell0qq
APPROVED by the Mayor of the City of Laurel this 6th
