AMENDING SECTION 5.40.050 OF THE LAUREL
MUNICIPAL CODE, APPLICANT TO BE INVESTIGATED.
BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED by the city Council of the City of
Laurel, Montana, that Section 5.40.050 of the Laurel Municipal Code
is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 5.40.050. Applicant to be investiqated.
The Chief of Police shall investigate the applicant for
a taxicab license and, if all the requirements of this
chapter have been complied with, he shall recommend the
granting of such license.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after
final passage of the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
Introduced on first reading at a regular meeting of the City
Council on April 21, 1992 , by Alderman Marshall
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council on second
reading this 5th day of May , 1992, upon a motion by
Alderman K~lpatrick
of
APPROVED by the Mayor of the City of Laurel on the 6th day
, 1992.
