AMENDING SECTION 5.40.090 OF THE LAUREL
MUNICIPAL CODE, LICENSE CANCELLATION.
BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Laurel, Montana, that Section 5.40.090 of the Laurel Municipal Code
is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 5.40.090. License cancellation.
When any person licensed of this chapter desires to
discontinue his right to operate a taxicab business
within the City, he shall deliver his license to the City
Clerk for cancellation.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after
final passage of the city Council and approval by the Mayor.
Introduced on first reading at a regular meeting of the City
Council on April 21~ 1992 by Alderman Ehrlick
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council on second
reading this 5th day of May , 1992, upon a
motion by Alderman Kellogg
of
APPROVED by the Mayor of the City of Laurel on the 6th day
