AMENDING SECTION 12.36.080 OF THE LAUREL
MUNICIPAL CODE, ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGE
LEVIED.
BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Laurel, Montana, that Section 12.36.080 of the Laurel Municipal
code be amended as follows:
Section 12.36.080. Administrative charge levied.
Ail special improvement districts shall be assessed
one percent of the total cost of the district, which
one percent shall be paid out of bond sales to the
City and shall be used for the purpose of covering
administrative expense.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after
final passage of the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
Introduced on first reading at a regular meeting of the City
Council on May 19 , 1992, by Alderman Marshall
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council on second
reading this 2nd day of 3une , 1992, upon a motion
by Alderman 0rr
APPROVED by the Mayor of the City of Laurel on this 2nd
day of 3une , 1992.
