ADDING SECTION i2.36.090 TO THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL
CODE, REVOLVING FUND.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Laurel,
Montana, that Section 12.36.090, is hereby added to the Laurel
Municipal Code, as follows:
Section 12.36.090. Revolving Fund.
All special improvement districts shall be assessed five
percent, of the total cost of the district, which five
percent shall be paid out of bond sales to the City
and shall be deposited in the SID Revolving Fund,
pursuant to Montana Code Annotated (1991) Section
7-12-4222 (1) (a) (ii).
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after
final passage of the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
Introduced on first reading at a regular meeting of
the City Council on May 19 , 1992, by Alderman Kell0qq
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council on second
reading this 2nd day of 0une , 1992, upon a motion
by Alderman Collins
APPROVED by the Mayor of the City of Laurel this 2nd
day of 0une~ , 1992.
